Sliding Fee Scale

(2025 Federal Poverty Guidelines)

Our pricing is simple and compassionate: we use a sliding-fee scale tied to the 2025 Federal Poverty Guidelines—free at ≤100% FPL, reduced rates at 101–200%, and standard rates above. We don’t turn patients away due to inability to pay.

  • Income ≤ 100% of 2025 FPL: 100% discount (no charge) .

  • Income 101–200% of FPL: Nominal fee (reduced rate) per session .

  • Above 200% FPL: Standard rates apply (no discount).

For reference, 100% of the 2025 Federal Poverty Level is $15,650/year for one person in the contiguous U.S. This threshold rises with household size.

For example, an individual earning under $15,650 would qualify for free care, and those earning up to about $31,300 (200% of FPL) pay a reduced fee.

Important: “Patients will not be denied services due to an inability to pay” .

Your care comes first—never your ability to pay.
